At Kashmir Agro Exports, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a hassle-free returns policy subject to the following terms and conditions:

Returns Eligibility:

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Perishable goods such as dry fruits are exempt from being returned.

Returns Process:

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@kashmiragroexports.com within 1 day of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and the return shipping address.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 Business days.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at contact@kashmiragroexports.com for further instructions.

Shipping Costs:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
